وصف الوظيفة
- تركيب، إنهاء، وتكليف أنظمة التحكم في الدخول، بما في ذلك أجهزة قراءة البطاقات، وأجهزة القياس الحيوي، ووحدات تحكم الأبواب، والأقفال الكهربائية، والأقفال المغناطيسية، وأزرار الخروج.
- تركيب وتكوين لوحات التحكم في الدخول، وأجهزة التحكم، ومصادر الطاقة، والمعدات المرتبطة.
- إجراء أعمال تمديد الكابلات، وتركيب القنوات، وإنهاء الكابلات، ووضع الملصقات، والاختبار.
- دمج أنظمة التحكم في الدخول مع كاميرات المراقبة التلفزيونية، وإنذار الحريق، والإنتركم، وأنظمة إدارة المباني حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا.
- تكوين واختبار برامج التحكم في الدخول، وبيانات اعتماد المستخدم، ومستويات الدخول، والجداول، ووظائف التقارير.
- استكشاف أعطال الأجهزة والبرمجيات والشبكات والاتصالات.
- إجراء صيانة وقائية وتصحيحية.
- قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الكهربائية، ومخططات الأسلاك، وخطط التخطيط، والوثائق الفنية.
- ضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح المحلية وإرشادات الشركات المصنِّعة.
- إعداد تقارير العمل اليومية وسجلات الصيانة ووثائق التكليف.
- التنسيق مع المهندسين والمشرفين والمقاولين من الباطن والعملاء أثناء أعمال التركيب والتكليف.
المؤهلات
- دبلوم أو ITI في الكهرباء أو الإلكترونيات أوInstrumentation أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
- 3–7 سنوات من الخبرة في تركيب وصيانة أنظمة التحكم بالدخول.
- يفضل الخبرة في مشاريع النفط والغاز، والصناعية، والتجارية، أو البنية التحتية.
- شهادات مصنّعين مثل Lenel وHoneywell وHID وGallagher وGenetec وBosch وSuprema وغيرها تعتبر ميزة.

Job Description
- Install, terminate, and commission access control systems, including card readers, biometric devices, door controllers, electric locks, magnetic locks, and exit buttons.
- Install and configure access control panels, controllers, power supplies, and associated hardware.
- Perform cable laying, conduit installation, cable termination, labeling, and testing.
- Integrate access control systems with CCTV, fire alarm, intercom, and building management systems where applicable.
- Configure and test access control software, user credentials, access levels, schedules, and reporting functions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, layout plans, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Prepare daily work reports, maintenance records, and commissioning documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and clients during installation and commissioning activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- 3–7 years of experience installing and maintaining access control systems.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial, Commercial, or Infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Manufacturer certifications (Lenel, Honeywell, HID, Gallagher, Genetec, Bosch, Suprema, etc.) are an advantage.
