Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in business process analysis and technical solution design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and successfully delivering complex process improvement projects.
- Expertise in business process modeling notations (BPMN) and workflow automation tools (e.g., Pega, Appian, ServiceNow).
