Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a crew of landscape technicians, ensuring efficient task completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Execute diverse landscape maintenance and installation tasks, from mowing and pruning to planting and irrigation system repairs.
- Interpret and implement landscape designs and plans accurately, translating blueprints into tangible project outcomes.
- Operate and maintain a variety of landscape equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and small machinery, safely and effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education in horticulture or a related field is a plus.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record is essential for transportation.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in landscape installation and maintenance roles.
- Proven experience in leading and supervising a team of landscape workers.
