Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential dangers and implement effective control measures.
  • Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture through regular training, awareness programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant national and international HSE legislation, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and coordinate emergency response plans and drills to ensure preparedness for any eventuality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Recognized professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, CIH).
