Eligibility
UAE National with a valid Family Book – Mandatory
Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluent in Arabic and English is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of local clients
Develop and maintain relationships through networking, referrals, and personal connections
Conduct client outreach through calls, messages, meetings, and follow-ups
Understand clients' property requirements and recommend suitable real estate opportunities
Present and promote our developers' projects professionally
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
Build long-term client relationships and provide excellent customer service

Desired Candidate Profile
UAE National with a valid Family Book – Mandatory

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Target-driven and eager to build a successful career in sales

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
