Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of solar PV projects, from initial design review to final commissioning and handover, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, fostering clear communication and resolving conflicts proactively.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies, identifying critical path activities and mitigating potential risks.
  • Oversee procurement processes for solar equipment and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical) or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on solar PV projects.

  • Demonstrated expertise in solar PV technologies, system design principles, and installation best practices.
