Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical failures in industrial machinery, minimizing downtime and production loss.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on critical equipment, identifying potential issues before they cause breakdowns.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble, disassemble, and repair machinery.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, such as vibration analysis and thermal imaging, for proactive equipment health monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a High School Diploma or GED is preferred or high school

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance is essential.

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or specific equipment manufacturer training are advantageous.

  • Proven experience working within manufacturing, heavy industry, or similar fast-paced production environments.
