CNC machining / CNC production supervision
Aluminum profile fabrication
Precision cutting machines
CNC programming knowledge or machine setup exposure
Reading fabrication drawings and controlling tolerances
Production planning and manpower handling in a CNC / machining environment
Quality control of machined aluminum components
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in metal fabrication or a related field is highly preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications in welding, safety (e.g., OSHA), or fabrication techniques is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in the aluminum fabrication industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of materials and processes.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in aluminum fabrication, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
