Main responsibilities and duties
- Professional reception and listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions within the approved policy framework.
- Handling inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and social media accurately and promptly.
- Directing complex cases to the relevant departments and following up until successful resolution.
- Maintaining a record of customer interactions and updating databases according to approved systems (CRM).
- Ensuring a high level of professionalism and friendliness in all interactions.
- Facilitating guidance processes and providing accurate information about services and current offers.
- Participating in improving customer service procedures and suggesting enhancements to service quality.
Qualifications and requirements
- University degree (Bachelor’s).
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but flexibility in learning is required.
- Ability to speak Arabic fluently and preferably good command of English.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and modern office tools.
