Main responsibilities and duties

  • Professional reception and listening to customer needs and providing appropriate solutions within the approved policy framework.
  • Handling inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, and social media accurately and promptly.
  • Directing complex cases to the relevant departments and following up until successful resolution.
  • Maintaining a record of customer interactions and updating databases according to approved systems (CRM).
  • Ensuring a high level of professionalism and friendliness in all interactions.
  • Facilitating guidance processes and providing accurate information about services and current offers.
  • Participating in improving customer service procedures and suggesting enhancements to service quality.

Qualifications and requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor’s).
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but flexibility in learning is required.
  • Ability to speak Arabic fluently and preferably good command of English.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a team and withstand work pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and modern office tools.
