Role: Project Management Expert Contract Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)
Job Summary Lead transformation initiatives and special projects while providing PMO support through governance, tracking, and performance reporting. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are structured, monitored, and escalated effectively to support strong delivery discipline. The position suits an individual contributor with solid project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
Responsibilities Manage transformation initiatives and special projects from planning through execution and closure. Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms. Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across assigned initiatives. Prepare status reports, dashboards, governance packs, and steering materials for leadership review. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables. Escalate delivery risks and recommend corrective actions where needed. Support PMO disciplines including reporting cadence, project controls, and performance visibility. Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow-up actions to maintain momentum and accountability.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, transformation, strategy execution, or special projects. Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management, and performance reporting. Experience working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders. Ability to combine hands-on delivery management with strong reporting discipline. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
