We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the full operational management of a locally owned premium bakery café concept based in Dubai. The business is currently operating in Dubai Design District and is expanding with a second outlet opening soon. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage end-to-end operations while ensuring excellence across service, product quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily Front of House and Back of House operations Lead, train, and develop the café team to ensure high performance standards Ensure strong customer service and consistent guest experience Manage operational budgets, cost control, and financial performance Support marketing initiatives and brand execution in-store Implement SOPs and maintain operational efficiency across outlets Drive consistency, quality, and service standards across locations
Requirements:
Proven experience in café, bakery, or premium casual dining operations Strong leadership and team management skills Solid understanding of financial and operational controls Experience managing both FOH and BOH functions Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented approach Strong customer service mindset and brand awareness
