Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality and aesthetics are balanced.
• Conduct detailed site assessments and collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with building codes.
• Create detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and material specifications using advanced design software to visualize the final outcome.
• Prepare and present design proposals and mood boards to clients, clearly articulating design concepts and addressing feedback effectively.
• Manage project timelines and budgets meticulously, ensuring that all milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
• Oversee the implementation of designs on-site, coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the design process.
• Document all design processes and maintain accurate records of project development, including changes and approvals for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field from an accredited institution, ensuring a solid foundation in design principles.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual presentations.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with clients and team members.

• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of the design are meticulously considered and executed.

• Creative problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and provide innovative solutions during the design and implementation phases.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
