A reputable company is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and general HR administration while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Prepare employment documents, contracts, and onboarding materials.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance, leave management, and payroll administration.
Assist in processing visas, work permits, and other HR documentation.
Coordinate employee orientation and training programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department.
