Build relationships with landlords and tenants.
Conduct property viewings and explain property features.
Negotiate rental agreements and close leasing transactions.
Advertise available properties across approved marketing channels.
Maintain an up-to-date portfolio of rental listings.
Provide market advice on rental values and current demand.
Follow up on inquiries promptly to maximize conversion.
Update CRM with accurate client and property information.
