Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation for production oversight.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of managing production teams effectively.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, demonstrating expertise in process optimization and waste reduction.
- Experience in the specific industry such as automotive, electronics, or food production, ensuring familiarity with sector-specific challenges.
