Roles & Responsibilities

• Review electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications, focusing on OHL and

electrical systems for pipeline and piping projects.

• Plan and allocate daily tasks to the electrical team to ensure efficient execution of OHL

and electrical activities.

• Ensure the availability of tools, equipment, and materials for electrical and OHL tasks.

• Supervise the erection of poles, towers, and structures for overhead lines (OHL).

• Oversee the stringing, sagging, and tensioning of conductors, ensuring compliance with

industry standards.

• Coordinate the installation of transformers, circuit breakers, and other electrical

equipment.

• Supervise testing of OHL systems, including insulation resistance, continuity, and phase

sequence tests.

• Ensure proper commissioning of electrical systems, including grounding and load testing.

• Oversee routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and OHL

components.

• Identify and resolve faults in electrical circuits, transformers, and OHL components.

• Ensure all electrical and OHL activities adhere to project specifications and industry

standards.

• Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design and quality requirements.

• Enforce strict adherence to HSE policies during all electrical and OHL activities.

• Conduct risk assessments and toolbox talks, emphasizing safety when working at heights

and with live systems.

• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and grounding techniques.

• Collaborate with other discipline supervisors (civil, piping, mechanical) to ensure smooth

project execution.

• Communicate progress, challenges, and resource requirements to site engineers or

construction managers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Eligibility Criteria

✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore

✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred

✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable

❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible

Age Criteria:

• Maximum age limit is 49 years

• For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience

Managerial and SR. Positions:

• A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory
