Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex control systems for industrial processes, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans for new instrumentation and control systems, troubleshooting issues to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians on instrumentation and control engineering principles.
- Oversee the selection, specification, and procurement of critical instrumentation and control hardware and software components.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in instrumentation and control engineering within the chemical, oil & gas, or pharmaceutical industry.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ISA Certified Control Systems Engineer - CCSE) are highly desirable.
Proficiency in PLC/DCS programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Honeywell) and SCADA systems.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
