Roles & Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication between sales teams and international clients to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate shipping logistics, including documentation and compliance with export regulations to prevent delays and ensure smooth transport.
- Prepare and maintain accurate export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to ensure compliance with global standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely availability of products for export.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in export sales or international trade is preferred to ensure familiarity with global markets.
- Certification in Export Management or International Business will enhance credibility and demonstrate expertise.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management is critical to effectively coordinate shipping and customs processes.
