Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly Invoice for remeasured item rate as per contract
Prepare Bill of Quantity on various types of works during Tender and post award stages of the projects
Preparing measurement preambles as necessary, to suit the project requirements
Interpretation of Contract Terms and conditions
Preparation of Claims / variation
Assist Estimation Team for Technical & Commercial Bid Preparation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent is highly preferred for credibility in the field.
Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is advantageous for complex cost management.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
