Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and service contracts, ensuring alignment with project objectives and legal requirements.
- Analyze contract terms, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and negotiation to execution, administration, and closeout.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, legal teams, and procurement departments to ensure seamless contract execution.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical field.
Minimum of 10 -12 years of hands-on experience in contract engineering, preferably within the construction or oil & gas industry.
Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and manage various types of contracts (e.g., EPC, O&M, supply agreements).
Strong understanding of contract law, risk management principles, and procurement processes.
Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore
✔ Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred
✔ Clean-shaven policy applicable
❌ Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible
Age Criteria:
Maximum age limit is 49 years
For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience
