Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


    • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

    • Manage and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, negotiations, and issue resolution.

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and competitor activities.

    • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market presence across target regions.

    • Lead negotiations and successfully close UAE property investment transactions.

    • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, documentation, and post-sales support.

    • Handle high-value clients professionally, ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.

    • Represent the company at exhibitions, property launches, roadshows, networking events, and client meetings

Desired Candidate Profile


    • Proven experience in Business Development, Client Relations, Account Management, or Real Estate Sales within the UAE real estate industry.

    • Strong understanding of the UAE property market and investment landscape.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

    • Experience dealing with international investors, HNI, and UHNW clients is highly preferred.

    • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities..
