Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Dubai. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build a stable pipeline of prospective clients and property partners. The role involves conducting market research, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements that support growth in the luxury holiday home sector. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking performance against sales targets. The Executive will also participate in networking events and industry activities to strengthen the Aspin Holiday Homes brand presence in the region.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to drive growth and build a strong client pipeline. Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage partnerships, contracts, and long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience in hospitality, real estate, or holiday homes is beneficial. Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the UAE market. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
