Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential clients across various industries in the UAE. Promote the company's recruitment, outsourcing, payroll, and HR consulting services. Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Business Development team. Build and maintain a database of prospective clients. Understand client hiring needs and introduce suitable HR solutions. Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and Whats App. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Coordinate with the recruitment and business development teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Stay updated on UAE recruitment trends, labor market developments, and competitor services. Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, lead generation, or inside sales. Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Confident in making a high volume of outbound calls. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR outsourcing services is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of outbound calls made per day. Lead conversion rate. Monthly sales revenue achieved. Customer follow-up and retention rate. Achievement of individual sales targets. Customer satisfaction and service quality.
