We are hiring a Construction Manager – MEP for a well-established contracting group in the UAE. This role will lead large-scale projects and ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.???? Key Responsibilities Project & Site Management Oversee daily construction activities on site Plan schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery Manage manpower, material, and site resources Monitor progress, quality, risks, and costs and report to management Coordination & Execution Ensure works follow approved drawings, coordinated drawings, and authority regulations Coordinate with main contractor for scaffolding, cranes, and builder works Track shop drawings, material submittals, and long-lead items Implement consultant and client comments in a timely manner Control subcontractors and drive site progress Planning, Reporting & Compliance Monitor work programs and highlight critical issues Ensure submission of weekly and monthly reports Coordinate production of as-built drawings at project close-out Ensure scope control, engineering instruction compliance, and variation approvals Quality & Safety Conduct quality and safety meetings Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies???? Requirements12+ years of experience in MEP construction/project leadership Engineering Degree Strong UAE project execution experience Excellent coordination and leadership skills
