Roles & Responsibilities

Position: Florist
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange fresh flower bouquets, floral baskets, customized floral designs, and supervise junior staff.

• Prepare floral arrangements for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.

• Ensure flowers are properly cared for, including trimming, watering, and maintaining their freshness.

• Assist customers in selecting flowers and provide recommendations based on their requirements.

• Decorate displays and maintain an attractive presentation of flowers and related products.

• Manage inventory by monitoring flower stock and reporting replenishment requirements.

• Assist with flower arrangements and provide general shop support.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

• Support floral setup and dismantling for events when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer.

• Knowledge of flower varieties, floral arrangement techniques, and plant care.

• Creativity with a good eye for color, design, and presentation.

• Good customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
