Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies across interior fit-out and construction projects.

• Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, company policies, and client safety requirements.

• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident reports, and risk assessments.

• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training for site personnel.

• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions.

• Monitor the proper use of PPE and ensure compliance with safe work practices.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment.

• Carry out regular audits and ensure timely closure of safety observations.

• Support emergency response planning and participate in emergency drills.

• Maintain HSE records and prepare periodic safety reports for management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in Interior Fit-Out or Construction projects.

• Interior Fit-Out or Construction experience is mandatory.

• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory. Additional HSE certifications will be an advantage.

• Sound knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and incident investigation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and site inspections independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
