Roles & Responsibilities
The Dealing Executive handles client onboarding, trade execution, and customer support, requiring good knowledge of the forex market and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Onboarding the customers and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Trade Placing: Execute forex trades for offline customers.
Market Analysis and Guidance: Provide clients with market insights, to help them make informed decisions.
Platform Support: Assisting clients with account opening procedures and platform usage queries and trade placing.
Reporting: Preparing the customer statement and financial reports as per the management needs.
Risk Management: Ensure all trading activities and client interactions comply with internal company policies.
Compliance: Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a forex dealing role; freshers are also welcome to apply.
Education: A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, economics, or a related f ield is often preferred.
Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of forex market dynamics, trading strategies, order types, and technical analysis is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in trading platforms MetaTrader5, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
They should be goal-oriented, results-driven, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
Exceptional customer service and relationship management abilities.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory, with additional languages is an advantage.
