We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. What we offer:• Fixed salary starting from AED 2,500• High commission starting at 20% on every successful client deal• Flexible working hours• Part-time position• Fully remote work with no daily office attendance required• Excellent earning potential based on performance Work Arrangement This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. Office attendance is not required, except when meeting clients or attending business meetings as needed. Probation Period The initial probation period is 2–3 months. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance and successfully secure client deals during this period will be eligible for a review and increase in their fixed salary.
