Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development of innovative detergent and home care formulations, translating consumer insights into breakthrough products.
- Design and execute complex experimental plans to optimize product performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges, identifying root causes and implementing robust solutions for existing and new products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product launches and scale-up.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in formulation development within the detergents and home care industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in surfactant chemistry, rheology modifiers, enzymes, and other key detergent ingredients.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new consumer products from concept to commercialization.
