Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *Senior Supply Chain Consultant* with expertise in *Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (D365 SCM)* to join our team onsite in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes, hands-on experience implementing D365 SCM solutions, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to optimize operations and deliver successful ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules.* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for supply chain operations.* Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and recommend best-practice solutions.* Configure and optimize D365 SCM modules based on business requirements.* Design end-to-end supply chain solutions covering procurement, inventory, warehousing, production, and planning.* Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to deliver integrated ERP solutions.* Support data migration, system integration, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).* Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process documentation, and user guides.* Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.* Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.* Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.* *4+ years* of experience as a Supply Chain Functional Consultant.* Minimum *2 full lifecycle implementations* of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.* Strong functional knowledge of:
* Procurement and Sourcing * Inventory Management * Warehouse Management (WMS) * Sales Order Processing * Product Information Management (PIM) * Master Planning * Production Control * Quality Management * Transportation Management (preferred)* Experience in business process analysis and solution design.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.* Ability to conduct workshops, training sessions, and user support.* Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant certification.* Experience with GCC/UAE localization and regional business processes.* Experience integrating D365 SCM with Finance, CRM, or third-party systems.* Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project methodologies.
