Job Details

End-to-end production of visual content, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production editing. They operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture footage for various formats, such as marketing materials, corporate events, and digital media.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Production: Collaborate with clients or internal marketing teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards. Scout locations and plan production schedules. Production: Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting rigs, and microphones. Direct on-screen talent or interviewees to capture high-quality A-roll and B-roll footage. Post-Production: Edit raw footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro. Add motion graphics, sound effects, and color grades to deliver final videos. Equipment Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and organize video and audio gear to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications & Skills Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting techniques, and audio mixing. Software Expertise: Mastery of industry-standard post-production tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro). Physical & Mental Stamina: Ability to carry heavy equipment, work on location in varying conditions, and meet tight deadlines. Creative Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
