Talent Sourcing Specialist – Executive Recruitment
The Role
Our leading semi governemnt client is seeking an experienced and highly driven Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage exceptional executive talent across our diverse portfolio. This role is dedicated to sourcing senior-level professionals, including Vice Presidents, Directors, Senior Management, and C-Suite executives, partnering closely with hiring leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines for critical business functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional with a strong executive search background, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for identifying top-tier talent within the UAE market.
The role is a 4 month contract.
Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end sourcing strategy for executive and senior leadership positions across the business. Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-calibre passive candidates using Linked In Recruiter, executive search techniques, networking, referrals, and market mapping. Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future leadership hiring needs. Partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and provide market intelligence. Conduct comprehensive market mapping, competitor analysis, and talent benchmarking to support strategic hiring decisions. Manage and maintain recruitment trackers, ensuring complete accuracy of hiring data, candidate pipelines, interview progress, and reporting. Project manage recruitment activity across multiple senior-level vacancies, ensuring milestones, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed. Produce regular recruitment reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring progress. Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and engagement process. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while recruiting for highly sensitive and confidential leadership appointments. Continuously monitor market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring activity within the UAE.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years' experience sourcing senior-level professionals, including Director, VP, Executive, and C-Suite appointments. Previous recruitment experience within the Dubai/UAE market is essential. Demonstrated success in executive search, talent mapping, and sourcing passive candidates. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships with senior business leaders. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to manage complex recruitment trackers, analyse hiring data, and produce meaningful reports. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple executive hiring campaigns simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Linked In Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. Must be from an entertainment, tourism, real estate or retail background sourcing high level roles.
