Job Description

Deliver exceptional customer service with a patient-centric approach. Assist patients with registration, inquiries, and appointment coordination. Handle patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and effective communication. Manage high patient volumes while maintaining service excellence. Take ownership of patient issues and ensure timely resolution. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills will be an added advantage.
