Roles & Responsibilities

• Position - Hair Stylist / Hairdresser (Kids Salon)

  No of Vacancy - 03

  Location - Sharjah

• Key Responsibilities

  • Perform children's haircuts for infants, toddlers, and young children.

  • Create appropriate hairstyles for kids.

  • Style hair for birthdays, school events, parties, and special occasions.

  • Calm and engage children to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable salon experience.

  • Consult with parents regarding suitable hairstyles and hair care recommendations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitize all tools, equipment, and workstations according to salon hygiene standards.

  • Ensure children's safety throughout the haircut and styling process.

  • Manage appointments efficiently and ensure timely service.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Assist in maintaining salon inventory and report stock requirements.

  • Follow all health, safety, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with children

  • Knowledge of children's hair care products.

  • Experience handling children with anxiety or those requiring extra patience during haircuts.

  • Basic knowledge of hair treatments suitable for children.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Professional hairstyling or hairdressing certification is preferred.

    • 1–2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist or Hairdresser.

    • Previous experience in a kids' salon is highly preferred.
