Roles & Responsibilities

• To support the development of enterprise strategy, value creation plans, long-term business plans, portfolio reviews, and strategic transformation initiatives across the Group and its subsidiaries.

• Strong focus on strategy development, value creation planning, business planning, strategic analysis, benchmarking, and performance improvement

•  Support the development of enterprise and subsidiary-level 5-year strategies, value creation plans, and long-term business plans.

• Assist in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing strategic growth opportunities, operational improvement initiatives, transformation programs, and strategic investments.

• Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, industry analysis, strategic fact-base development, and opportunity sizing exercises.

• Support the development of 5-year business plans, annual strategic plans, budgets, and long-term forecasts.

• Support strategic reviews of portfolio companies, business units, operating models, and transformation initiatives.

• Assist in developing KPI frameworks, value-driver trees, benefits realization frameworks, and performance management mechanisms 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related analytical field.

• 3 + years of relevant work experience in consulting, finance, or a strategic role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for dissecting complex issues.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and basic understanding of BI tools.
