Job Description

Preview Properties LLC is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. We are seeking a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and a passion for delivering exceptional service to investors, business owners, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial land.

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.

  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert market advice.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients.

  • Negotiate commercial property transactions and close deals successfully.

  • Stay updated on Dubai's commercial real estate market, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM system.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate within the Dubai market.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial property sales and leasing.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Target-driven with a proven ability to close deals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in English. Additional languages are an advantage.

  • UAE driving licence is preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate within the Dubai market.

  2. Strong understanding of commercial property sales and leasing, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial properties.

  3. Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate effectively, and close property transactions.

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  5. Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.

  6. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

  9. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

  10. UAE driving licence is preferred.

  11. Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
