Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, courier, and office mail.

  2. Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic documents.

  3. Prepare, print, scan, photocopy, and organize office documents.

  4. Maintain proper records of audit files, client documents, engagement letters, and statutory documents.

  5. Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain management calendars.

  6. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.

  7. Assist in preparing quotations, engagement letters, invoices, and payment follow-ups.

  8. Maintain confidentiality of all client and company information.

  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.

  10. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Bachelor's degree, ensuring a foundational knowledge of office management principles.

  • 0-1 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, demonstrating capability and reliability in handling diverse tasks.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
