Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Record Management: Maintain the general ledger, perform bank reconciliations, and process journal entries accurately.

  • Accounts Management: Oversee and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with year-end audit preparations.

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to VAT regulations and general tax compliance (specifically for UAE requirements).

  • Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data and generate insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Core Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).

    • Experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Tally, QuickBooks, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
