Job Description

Role Overview

You will be the voice of Wow Fashions for Arabic-speaking customers across the GCC, delivering exceptional customer service while providing knowledgeable advice on modest fashion. This is a remote position with occasional in-office attendance in Dubai or Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Care & Resolution

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media in Arabic and English.
  • Handle order inquiries, sizing guidance, delivery tracking, returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Product & Style Advisory

  • Advise customers on garment selection, fit, fabrics, styling, and occasion suitability.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's collections and sub-brands.
  • Help customers make confident purchasing decisions while minimizing returns.

Experience & Brand Protection

  • Maintain the appropriate communication style for each brand.
  • Follow company guidelines regarding offers, discounts, and brand messaging.
  • Report recurring customer inquiries and feedback to the internal team.

Operational Support

  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM (Zoho).
  • Coordinate with logistics and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Support post-purchase follow-up and customer retention activities when required.

Work Arrangement & Compensation

  • Work Type: Remote (Work from Home) with occasional visits to the Dubai Office / Sharjah Facility.
  • Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time.
  • Salary: AED 1,500–3,000 per month (based on experience).
  • Visa: Candidate must already hold valid UAE residency (no visa sponsorship).
  • Reports To: Operations Lead.

Skills

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Arabic (Khaleeji dialect preferred) and professional English.
  • Strong knowledge of GCC modest women's fashion, including abayas, occasion wear, and traditional/contemporary garments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional, patient, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet access.
  • Availability during GCC business hours.
  • Ability to attend the Dubai Office / Sharjah Facility when required.
  • Valid UAE residency is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or personal styling.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, WhatsApp Business, or CRM systems.
  • Based in or near Dubai or Sharjah.
