Position Details
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas projects.
Proven offshore experience in Hook-Up, Commissioning, FCG, and Heat Treatment (HT) works.
ADNOC-approved candidates or those with prior ADNOC project experience will have an added advantage.
Valid AWS or CSWIP certification.
Valid NACE or BGAS certification.
Minimum 3 years of post-certification experience with both certifications (AWS/CSWIP and NACE/BGAS).
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality inspections for offshore hook-up and commissioning activities.
Verify installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Perform inspections of structural, piping, mechanical, and equipment installation works.
Inspect FCG installation and testing activities.
Monitor Heat Treatment (HT) installation, continuity testing, insulation resistance, and commissioning.
Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including functional and performance tests.
Ensure compliance with approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
Review material certificates, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
Conduct visual inspections for welding, bolting, alignment, and mechanical completion activities.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in offshore hook-up, commissioning, FCG, and heat treatment (HT) activities within the Oil & Gas industry.
