Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 10 Ton Roller Operator to safely operate heavy equipment for excavation, trenching, grading, loading, and site preparation on ac vi es. The ideal candidate will have experience working on construction, infrastructure, or earthworks projects and be committed to maintaining high safety and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Boom Loader Operator safely and efficiently according to project requirements.

• Perform excava on, trenching, backfilling, grading, and material loading tasks.

• Conduct daily pre-start inspec ons and basic maintenance checks on the equipment.

• Report equipment faults, damage, or maintenance requirements promptly.

• Read and follow site plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions,.

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and site regulations.

• Work closely with site supervisors, engineers, and ground personnel.

• Maintain the excavator in a clean and serviceable condition.

• Identify and avoid underground utilities and other site hazards.

• Complete daily equipment and work activity reports as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Valid heavy equipment operator license or cer fica on (as required by local regulations

• Proven experience opera ng a 10-Ton Roller Operator.

• Good understanding of excava on techniques and construc on site safety.

• Ability to perform rou ne equipment inspec ons and basic maintenance

• Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.

• Strong communica on skills and ability to work effec vely as part of a team.
