Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all facade site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Develop and implement detailed facade installation plans, method statements, and risk assessments for complex facade systems.
- Oversee and coordinate the work of facade subcontractors, conducting regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations on site, proactively identifying and mitigating facade-related hazards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience specifically in facade engineering and site supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex facade projects from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of various facade systems, materials (e.g., glass, metal, stone), and their installation techniques.
