Roles & Responsibilities
Develop 3D models for wet utility networks (pressurized and gravity) using Civil 3D and Revit/Navisworks.
Perform automated clash detection (Navisworks) and coordinate with structural, MEP, and road design teams to resolve conflicts before construction.
Ensure all models comply with LOD 300/400 requirements and project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
Extract accurate quantity take-offs (BOQ) directly from the model.
Manage utility corridors, invert levels, and pipe slopes with high precision.
Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure accurate model version control.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant drafting/design certification.
5–8 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure/wet utilities.
Expert proficiency in: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, and Revit.
Strong understanding of BIM standards (ISO 19650) and infrastructure delivery workflows.
Proven ability to resolve complex 3D utility clashes in dense urban environments.
Excellent eye for detail—you must be able to spot an "impossible" pipe run or clash instantly.
