Role Description Job Responsibilities Design, develop, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues across applications, infrastructure, and integrated systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, QA, Dev Ops, and Operations, to deliver high-quality solutions. Review system architecture and recommend improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, security, and performance. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices. Drive technical design discussions, solution architecture, and technology selection for new initiatives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and engineering best practices. Participate in project planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and technical feasibility analysis. Automate repetitive operational tasks and optimize deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes. Monitor production environments, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to improve system stability. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering efficiency and product quality. Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments while ensuring minimal downtime. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions. Ensure system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and business continuity through proactive planning and monitoring. Lead incident response during critical production issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to capacity planning, performance tuning, and infrastructure optimization initiatives. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Preferred Experience9–10 years of experience in software engineering, technical engineering, systems engineering, or a related field. Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems. Strong expertise in system architecture, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and Dev Ops practices. Strong understanding of databases, APIs, networking, security principles, and system integration. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience mentoring engineering teams and leading technical initiatives from design through deployment.
