Job Summary Responsible for end-to-end POS terminal preparation, configuration, maintenance, fulfillment, and support operations. The role ensures payment devices are properly configured, securely deployed, tracked, maintained, and returned to inventory while supporting uninterrupted payment acceptance for merchants.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Business Administration, or a related field.0–3 years of experience in POS operations, payment device management, technical support, inventory management, or a similar operational role. Basic understanding of POS terminals, payment systems, or device configuration processes. Familiarity with inventory tracking and documentation practices. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Preferred Skills Technical Skills Basic knowledge of POS terminals, payment gateways, and e-commerce payment systems. Ability to perform device configuration, software loading, and basic troubleshooting. Understanding of inventory management and asset tracking processes. Awareness of security and compliance requirements related to payment devices.
