Provide desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and general computer support.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows computers and related equipment.
Provide basic network support, including Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.
Support audio and video systems, televisions, projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, cameras, and video conferencing equipment.
Set up and support online and hybrid meetings using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and similar platforms.
Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Support email, calendars, file sharing, cloud storage, and collaboration applications.
Prepare meeting rooms and equipment before important meetings and events.
Provide support for smart devices, home-office systems, and connected equipment where required.
Coordinate with the central IT team and external suppliers when advanced support is needed.
Maintain documentation of devices, configurations, passwords, warranties, and technical issues in accordance with company policies.
Ensure strict confidentiality when handling the CEO’s devices, accounts, files, communications, and personal information.
Travel between designated locations and remain available for urgent technical support when required.
