Roles & Responsibilities

Service Scheduling & Dispatching

Prepare job cards, work orders, daily schedules, and paperwork for technicians.

Prepare job cards, work orders, daily schedules, and paperwork for technicians.

Provide clear updates on job status, timelines, and next steps

Maintain accurate records of service calls, client interactions, and inventory.

Create WO, delivery notes, technician time accounting, invoicing, and follow‑up on payments.

Coordinate spare parts requirements, material availability, and tools inventory.

Prepare AMC, repair, replacement, and T&M quotations based on technician site inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

2–5 years experience in HVAC/MEP service coordination.

Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM (SAP, Salesforce, DSM) preferred.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain accurate documentation.
