مشرف تكييف وتبريد وتبريد مع خبرة قوية في الإمارات في مشاريع المباني الشاهقة.
بارع في الإشراف على تنفيذ الموقع، مراجعة رسومات التكييف والتبريد، إعداد جداول الكميات BOQ، التنسيق مع فرق الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة، وضمان الالتزام بمعايير الإمارات.
سيتم النظر فقط في المرشحين الذين لديهم خبرة 6+ سنوات في الإمارات وتوفر فوري.
الملف المرغوب للمرشح
لديه خبرة في المباني الشاهقة، فهم تقني قوي لأنظمة التكييف والتبريد، قادر على مراجعة الرسومات واستخلاص الكميات، مبادر في التنسيق الموقعي، وقادر على الانضمام فوراً.
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HVAC Supervisor with strong UAE experience in high‑rise construction projects.
Skilled in supervising site execution, reviewing HVAC drawings, preparing BOQs, coordinating with MEP teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE standards.
Only candidates with 6+ years UAE experience and immediate availability will be considered.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experienced in high‑rise buildings, strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, capable of reviewing drawings and extracting quantities, proactive in site coordination, and able to join immediately.
