Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Establish and enforce robust quality standards, processes, and best practices across the entire product lifecycle.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing QA strategies within the [Specify Industry, e.g., SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare] sector.
