الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- تحليل وتوثيق متطلبات العمل المعقدة لحلول البنك المركزي Finacle وتحريرها إلى مواصفات وظيفية وقصص المستخدم.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر وحدات الأعمال وتقنية المعلومات لتعريف تحسينات النظام والميزات الجديدة ضمن منصة Finacle.
- تصميم وتنفيذ حلات الاختبار، بما فيها اختبار القبول النهائي، لضمان مطابقة تطبيقات Finacle لاحتياجات العمل ومعايير الجودة.
- تيسير ورش العمل والاجتماعات لجمع المتطلبات، عرض الحلول، وتسوية الاختلافات المتعلقة بوظائف Finacle.
ملف المرشح المطلوب
5–10 سنوات من الخبرة الإجمالية
حد أدنى 3–5 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في خدمات البنك المركزي Finacle
درجة البكالوريوس في تكنولوجيا المعلومات/علوم الحاسوب أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل MBA)
المهارات الأساسية
معرفة وظيفية قوية بـ Finacle (10.x / 11.x)
خبرة في مجالات الخدمات المصرفية (التجزئة / الشركات)
خبرة في جمع المتطلبات، تصميم الحلول، والاختبار
فهم عمليات التكامل (واجهات برمجة التطبيقات، الوسطاء، تدفقات البيانات)
معرفة أساسية بـ SQL / قواعد البيانات
مهارات تحليلية قوية، حل المشكلات، وإدارة العلاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze and document complex business requirements for Finacle core banking solutions, translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units and IT to define system enhancements and new features within the Finacle platform.
- Design and execute test cases, including UAT, to ensure Finacle implementations meet business needs and quality standards.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and resolve discrepancies related to Finacle functionalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
5–10 years of overall experience
Minimum 3–5 years hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking
Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field (MBA preferred)
Key Skills
Strong functional knowledge of Finacle (10.x / 11.x)
Banking domain expertise (Retail / Corporate Banking)
Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing
Understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
Basic SQL / database knowledge
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
